Is this a marketplace? Will you share my tenants with other landlords?

No. Dejla is not a listing marketplace and your data is never sold or shared. Tenant T-Scores are shared only when a tenant chooses to — they own their score and control who sees it.

What does "free access" mean — will there be a paid plan later?

Founding members lock in free access to all core features at launch: listings, screening, lease signing, rent collection, and maintenance. No credit card required to join the list.

Which provinces and states are supported for leases?

All Canadian provinces and US states are supported at launch. Lease templates are jurisdiction-specific to comply with local rental laws wherever you manage.

How does rent collection work and what are the fees?

Rent is collected automatically via Stripe on the lease due date. You keep 95% of every payment — Stripe takes 3% and Dejla takes 2%. Manual payment recording is also supported at no fee.
